Job description

Account and pipeline coordination for the Pavific client portfolio.

Account and pipeline coordination for the Pavific client portfolio. You will handle proposals, quote follow-up, and Pipedrive CRM hygiene, acting as the liaison between sales advisors and the field/delivery teams. You will serve as the CEOโ€™s right hand on the operational front.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate active pipeline across Pavific client accounts (WLP, The Margin Group)
  • Build and follow up proposals end to end
  • Maintain rigorous Pipedrive hygiene: stages, activities, attributed revenue
  • Quote follow-up with clear cadence by stage
  • Connect sales advisors with field / delivery teams without losing context
  • Weekly pipeline review with the CEO
  • Identify CRM operational improvements (automations, scoring, reports)
  • Active accountability of the conversion KPI by source and stage
Requirements
  • 3+ years in B2B sales operations or sales coordination
  • Demonstrated experience managing live pipelines in Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce
  • English C1 for client and field communication
  • Proposal writing and structured negotiation discipline
  • Reading dashboards: conversion by stage, time in pipeline, win rate
  • Education: Administration, Business, Marketing, or similar
Nice to Have
  • Experience in B2B services (construction, paving, facility services)
  • Practical knowledge of revenue ops or RevOps
  • Familiarity with the US commercial market
