Fieldwireย isย seekingย a proficient and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic CRM team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid business understanding for sales operations, be proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Groove, Dialpad or similar sales management tools, knows how to optimize, streamline and scale sales processes, easily translate business requirements into systems solutions and thus enables sales teams to operate efficiently in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. The Sales Operations Manager will play a crucial role in implementing,ย operatingย and supporting sales technology tools, analyzing data, and providing insights and recommendations to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes.ย ย ย 

Whatย you'llย be doingย 

The primary responsibilities for our nextย Salesย Operations Managerย will be:ย 

1. Sales Technology Management:ย ย 

  • Administer andย optimizeย Groove and Dialpad platforms to support sales processes and operations.ย 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Sales Cloud and other systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy.ย ย 

2. Sales Process Optimization:ย ย 

  • Partner with Sales to develop and implement strategies to enhance sales productivity and efficiency, ensuring that sales processes align with businessย objectives.ย ย 
  • Provide best practices, actionableย guidanceย and support to help sales team members effectivelyย utilizingย sales tools and processes.ย 

3. Data Management and Analysis:ย ย 

  • Oversee data quality and cleanliness within sales tools.ย ย 
  • Analyze sales performance data, generate reports, andย provideย actionable insights to sales teams for improved productivity.ย ย 

4. Collaboration with Marketing and Sales Teams:ย ย 

  • Establishย strong communicationย channels with sales teams acrossย Fieldwireย and other Hilti Software product teams to understand their needs and align sales operations strategies accordingly.ย ย 
  • Provide (train the trainer)ย training and support to sales teams inย utilizingย Sales Cloud, Groove, Dialpad and other sales operations tools for efficient usage.ย ย 
  • Shareย Fieldwireย sales operations toolย utilizationย experience with other Hilti Software product teams toย facilitateย fast and effective onboarding.ย 

5. Technology Integration:ย ย 

  • Evaluate and recommendย new technologiesย that can enhance the overallย salesย operations.ย ย 

6. Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to integrate new technologies seamlessly.ย

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Computer Science.ย ย ย

Compensation:ย 

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:ย $90,000ย -ย $115,000ย 

The salary rangeย representsย the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills,ย qualificationsย and experience. In addition to theย salaryย you may be eligible for a corporate bonus which can rangeย up to 30%.ย
