As the Revenue Systems & Analytics lead, you will own the operational foundation that powers our global go‑to‑market (GTM) organization. This role combines ownership of the Revenue Operations technology stack with strategic business analytics to improve forecasting accuracy, sales productivity, planning, and operational scalability. Operating at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, you will ensure our GTM systems, data, reporting, and planning processes enable efficient execution and informed decision‑making. You will partner closely with Revenue Operations leadership to translate business strategy into scalable processes, automation, analytics, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Systems & GTM Technology GTM Systems Ownership Serve as the primary administrator and owner of Salesforce and the broader GTM technology ecosystem (including forecasting, conversation intelligence, CPQ, and reporting platforms - Aviso, Clari, etc.). Design, configure and maintain sales workflows, approval processes, automation, and CRM architecture. Manage system configuration, user permissions, release management, and platform enhancements. Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and user experience. Sales Process Automation Optimize lead routing, opportunity management, quoting workflows, and territory automation. Partner with Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, and Sales leadership to streamline quote-to-order processes. Evaluate and implement new GTM technologies and AI‑enabled workflow automation that improve productivity. Act as the technical lead for GTM system integrations and operational scalability.

2. Revenue Analytics & Business Insights Executive Analytics Build and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and operational reporting. Deliver pipeline health analysis, forecasting insights, conversion metrics, and performance reporting. Serve as a trusted analytical partner to Revenue Operations leadership, Sales leadership, Finance, and executive stakeholders. Identify risks, opportunities, and trends through proactive analysis and recommend actionable improvements. Financial & Revenue Analysis Partner closely with Finance to reconcile bookings, revenue, ARR, consumption, and forecast assumptions. Support pricing, packaging, and deal analytics in collaboration with Product and Finance. Build pipeline models, scenario planning, and forecasting models to improve business predictability. Maintain data quality, reporting accuracy, and CRM governance across all GTM systems.

3. Planning, Productivity & Operational Excellence Annual Planning Support annual GTM planning and bottom‑up quota deployment. Assist with territory design, capacity planning, and organizational modeling. Design and analyze sales compensation plans while supporting commission governance. Produce planning models that inform investment decisions and sales resource allocation. Operational Excellence Improve sales process efficiency through automation, standardized workflows, and data governance. Establish best practices for CRM hygiene and operational reporting. Partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Legal to improve cross‑functional execution. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives that increase seller productivity and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

The Ideal Profile A highly analytical, systems‑oriented Revenue Operations professional who combines strong technical expertise with commercial acumen to improve business performance through scalable systems, automation, and analytics.

Experience: 4–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Analytics, including ownership of CRM platforms and GTM reporting.

Revenue Systems Expertise: Hands‑on experience administering Salesforce and supporting modern RevOps technology (e.g., CPQ, Gong, Clari/Aviso, reporting and BI platforms).

Analytics: Strong SQL, Excel, BI, and reporting capabilities with experience building executive dashboards and forecasting models.

Planning: Experience supporting quota planning, territory management, compensation analysis, and forecasting processes.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to partner with Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Legal teams.

Operational Excellence: Demonstrated success improving processes through automation, workflow design, and data governance.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Base Salary Range: Base Pay Range $160,000 — $190,000 USD
