About the Job:

KiwiCo is looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Associate Sales Operations Manager to join our Education Sales team. In this role, you'll help scale our sales operations to efficiently and effectively serve our growing customer base.

You'll leverage your analytical and sales operations expertise to evaluate business performance, uncover opportunities to accelerate growth, and develop and optimize processes that enable our sales team to succeed. You'll also work directly with customers, using your strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive customer success and build lasting relationships.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven, highly organized, and proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to make a measurable impact on both our customers and our business.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the tools and systems that are critical for our sales process, including CRM, ERP, inventory and fulfillment systems.  
  • Enhance sales productivity by building and optimizing workflows and processes. This includes identifying and troubleshooting issues and building solutions for the long term.
  • Collaborate with partners to streamline workflows, including finance, operations, customer care, and merchandising.
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics, and deliver regular insights to the business. 
  • Analyze the sales motions and team performance to define and deliver recommendations to improve the performance for sales management. 
  • Effectively engage with customers to drive customer success. 
  • Assist with onboarding and training new sales team members, including creating and maintaining documentation on sales processes, and policies, and creating relevant sales training materials to assist with onboarding new sales talent.
  • Partner with engineering team to build features and capabilities to support sales (integration with third-party platforms, self-service ordering, admin tools, etc)
  • Support inventory planning and management. 
  • Support the development of sales marketing materials.
  • Lead planning for our presence at education conferences and events.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years in sales operations role or similar 
  • Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot or similar)
  • Experience with ERP (Netsuite or similar), inventory planning and fulfillment operations tools 
  • Experience effectively engaging with customers in a sales support or sales role
  • Experience with data analysis using CRM tools (Hubspot or similar) as well as BI tools (Looker or similar)
  • Experience partnering with engineering to build features and capabilities to support customers and sales
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a high bias for action 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills -- detail-oriented and meticulous about documenting and communicating processes, workflows, and expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal partners
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes
  • A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
  • An innate drive to innovate and optimize the use of available resources
  • Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
Desired Qualifications:

The starting pay range for this position is between $80,000 and $95,000. However, the final base salary offered may differ based on several factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and business needs.

In addition to base pay, KiwiCo offers a comprehensive total rewards package, which may include opportunities for an annual bonus, stock options, and a variety of benefits related to health, financial security, and well-being. Specific details about these benefits will be shared if an offer of employment is extended.

If hired, the position is "at-will" and the Company reserves the right to modify any component, plan, or program of the total rewards package at any time, for any reason.
