The Commercial Sales Operations Manager has a key role supporting growth and scale.ย This role works closely with sales management and leads the inside sales team by designing, implementing, and improving the processes involved with daily sales operations. As a Sales Operations Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the sales team has the resources and tools to complete their tasks and meet business goals. This involves analyzing data and metrics from sales activities and then translating that information into more streamlined and effective processes and databases for the sales team to utilize. This position is also responsible for automating repetitive tasks for the direct sales team, freeing up their time for increased client engagement. This position reports to the Commercial Sales Director.
