Job description

Manager, Field Sales Operations

We’re building a Field Operations organization that serves as a trusted source of customer demand, pipeline, and forecast insight across the business. Our team works closely with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations partners to improve visibility, reduce surprises, and drive more predictable business outcomes through disciplined governance and actionable intelligence.

The Manager, Field Operations is a front-line people leader responsible for guiding a team of analysts who support demand visibility, forecast rigor, pipeline health, and field intelligence. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, fact-based insights are delivered to business leaders while fostering strong partnerships with Sales and maintaining an independent Revenue Operations governance framework.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Operations analysts while driving accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure consistent execution of forecast, pipeline, demand planning, and governance processes across the supported field organization
  • Oversee the development and validation of customer demand outlooks, pipeline assessments, and field intelligence to support business decisions
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Business Units, and Revenue Operations leaders to communicate risks, opportunities, and actionable insights
  • Drive data quality, pipeline hygiene, and analytical rigor through effective use of CRM systems, dashboards, reporting tools, and AI-assisted insights
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Field Operations, Sales Strategy, Planning, Finance, Operations, or a related function
  • Experience leading, coaching, or managing individual contributors and driving execution across multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of sales cycles, pipeline management, forecasting methodologies, and business performance analytics
  • Experience using CRM and analytics platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP, Power BI, and Artificial Intelligence Tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct people management experience within a sales, operations, or revenue operations environment
  • Experience supporting complex B2B businesses with long sales cycles, including semiconductor, hardware, or related industries
  • Demonstrated ability to independently assess risks, validate assumptions, and provide objective business recommendations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence through data-driven insights
  • Experience applying AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve operational efficiency, reporting, and business insight generation
