Position: Sales Development Representative
Weโ€™re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Development Representativeย to join our growing team. If you have experience in lawn care or the green industry, strong communication skills across phone, email, and text, and a passion for helping customers, we want to hear from you.

In this role, youโ€™ll use a predictive dialer system to connect with current and previous customersโ€”renewing services, resolving concerns, and upselling based on seasonal needs. Your goal? Build lasting relationships and showcase the value of a well-maintained lawn.


What Youโ€™ll Do

As a Sales Development Representative, your focus will be on strategic communication and customer retention. Youโ€™ll guide homeowners through their lawn care journey, offering solutions, expertise, and service recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls using a predictive dialer to engage with current and past customers

  • Communicate professionally across phone, email, and text platforms

  • Recommend renewals, upgrades, and seasonal treatments based on lawn history and customer needs

  • Use your turf knowledge to answer questions and offer informed advice

  • Retain customers by resolving issues and reinforcing service value

  • Log all interactions, updates, and follow-ups in our WEEMS CRM system

  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals


Who You Are
  • 1+ year of outbound sales or customer service experience

  • Excellent communicator โ€” clear, professional, and personable across all channels

  • Customer-first mindset with strong listening and problem-solving skills

  • Dependable, organized, and results-driven

  • Comfortable with technology, including CRM software, dialers, and messaging platforms
