Join the Duro-Last team, a brand of Amrize Building Envelope and the world's largest manufacturer of custom-fabricated commercial roofing solutions. 

Were seeking a Sales Development Coordinator who's ready to be part of an innovative, people-first brand shaping the future of the roofing industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Duro-Last Roofing, the world's largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems, has an opening
for a Sales Development Coordinator at their Saginaw, MI headquarters. The ideal candidate will have
excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will also have a Bachelor's degree along with
experience in sales development. This is an in-office position that will report to the Inside Sales
Manager, Jacob Smith.


WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Frequent contact and support via phone with Duro-Last customers and associates
  • Become well-versed in presenting all Duro-Last product line offerings
  • Provide all levels of sales support to in-field Sales Representatives to keep them focused on
    selling
  • Assist with Plant tours and Duro-Last sales training to Duro-Last contractors
  • Pre-qualify leads for the territory and disperse them to the appropriate Sales Rep.
  • Travel within territory to build loyalty with Duro-Last customers and create new business
    opportunities with building owners, specifiers, corporate accounts, architects, etc.
  • Plan, exhibit, and execute successful industry trade shows
  • Participation in territory sales plans, meetings and evaluations
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required or equivalent work experience.

Required Work Experience:

  • One to two years of sales and marketing experience preferred
  • Previous account management/sales development/CRM experience

Travel Requirements: 

  • Ability to travel when necessary within assigned territory

Additional Requirements:

  • Keyboarding skills to include proficiency in Word, Excel, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and spoken (presentation) communication skills
  • Construction or roofing knowledge is a plus
  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
