About the Role
We're looking for a driven, dynamic Sales Development Representative to help expand Astelia's reach and bring our vision to more customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy winning high-impact deals, and want to help shape the future of Exposure Management, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads and qualify existing leads
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services and the needs of our target market
  • Use various sales tools and technologies to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and other members of the demand generation team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Schedule and conduct phone and video discovery calls with prospects
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and inbound inquiries to move them further down the sales funnel
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and customer interactions in CRM
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements
  • Willingness to learn or have proven experience in sales development or insides sales
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or other prospecting technologies
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and/or emailing to generate new leads
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and effective objection handling
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a high volume of leads and tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in cybersecurity or SAAS environment
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices, including qualification, discovery, and objection handling
  • Creativity, persistence, and an interest in learning new skills
  • Competitive by nature and a desire to pursue a career in sales
