What You Will Contribute:

The Sales Development Specialist plays a critical role in fueling pipeline growth by identifying new business opportunities and engaging both prospective and current customers. This role is ideal for a driven, curious professional who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and enjoys building relationships. You will partner closely with Sales and Marketing to generate qualified leads, strengthen customer engagement, and support revenue growth.

What You'll Do
  • Proactively identify and engage prospective customers through research, outreach, and networking
  • Generate new business opportunities via cold calls, email campaigns, and social selling
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess needs, timing, and fit
  • Re-engage current customers to drive satisfaction, retention, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression
  • Partner with Regional Account Managers to align on strategy and successfully transition qualified leads
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows to build relationships, capture new leads, and drive timely follow-up to convert opportunities
  • Leverage Salesforce (or CRM tools) to document activities, manage pipeline, and maintain data integrity
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Report on outreach activity, pipeline health, and key performance metrics
What You BringMinimum Qualifications
  • 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting, including cold calling
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
