POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a foundational role in building our sales development function from the ground up. Rather than focusing on high-volume cold outreach, this role emphasizes thoughtful, relationship-driven engagement with a highly targeted audience of healthcare finance executives.

This is a newly established function within the company, so we need someone who can hit the ground running from day one - bringing prior SDR experience and a strong work ethic to consistently execute outbound and inbound motions. As our process matures, your day-to-day results and hands-on experience will naturally inform how we refine outreach and workflows, but the priority is execution first. This role offers a clear path for growth into future sales or marketing positions as our team scales.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS & PREREQUISITES
  • Practices and adheres to EnableComp's Core Values, Vision and Mission.
  • Strong familiarity with the healthcare revenue cycle, reimbursement processes, and the challenges faced by healthcare providers in optimizing financial performance.
