Sales Manager

Location: Spokane, WA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Company: Security Data Supply – Spokane
Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 per year (Dependent on experience)

Security Data Supply, a fast-growing distributor in the Low Voltage Security industry, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to lead sales efforts at our Spokane location. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, driven to exceed sales goals, and eager to grow with a company that values expertise and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage sales activities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets.
  • Develop deep product knowledge in the low voltage security space (training provided).
  • Partner with operations and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service to clients and coworkers.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and learn internal software systems (training provided).

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not required)
  • Experience in distribution or the low voltage/security industry (a plus)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-first attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
