Job description

Product Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager

US Remote: Seeking candidates based on the U.S. East Coast. Preference will be given to those based outside the New York City metropolitan area.

About the RoleWe are building enterprise GTM infrastructure at scale, and this is a pivotal role in that mission. As our first dedicated Product Marketing and Enablement leader, you own product messaging, launch readiness, and sales enablement - the connective tissue between what we build, how we position it, and how sales sells it.This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for someone who thrives on building from scratch. You will report to the Head of Marketing, partner closely with Sales and Product, and have direct visibility into deal patterns, buyer objections, and market signals. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution of your own workstreams. What You'll Own

Product Launch & Messaging

  • Lead end-to-end product launches in collaboration with the Product Management Leader: positioning and messaging through sales readiness and post-launch iteration.
  • Own the launch calendar, coordinate cross-functional deliverables, and hold stakeholders accountable to timelines.
  • Develop product-level messaging frameworks that differentiate us and translate technical capabilities into buyer-facing value by persona and use case.

Competitive Positioning

  • Maintain a current competitive view using Gong data and market signals, feeding regular updates to sales, product, and leadership.

Sales Enablement

  • Build and maintain battlecards, competitive positioning materials, and objection-handling guides.
  • Leverage Gong insights to extract real buyer language and deal patterns.
  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for the sales team on product, positioning, and competitive questions.

Reporting on Enablement Impact

  • Track and report on launch readiness and enablement adoption (asset usage, sales feedback, time-to-productivity on new material).

What We're Looking For

  • 5-6 years of product marketing experience in enterprise B2B SaaS; fintech/financial services a strong plus.
  • You understand long sales cycles and complex buying committees and know how to arm a sales team to navigate them.
  • Proven ability to own product launches or enablement programs end-to-end with reasonable autonomy.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong or similar conversation intelligence tools; experience with Letter.ai or similar AI-assisted content/messaging tools a plus.
  • Sales-credible: confident reviewing call recordings, extracting buyer language and objection patterns, and translating them into positioning and enablement assets.
  • Strong writer and storyteller - can turn technical product detail into clear buyer narratives and crisp sales assets.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong or similar conversation intelligence tools.
  • Comfortable in a lean, high-growth environment where structure is still being built.
  • US Remote: Seeking candidates based on the U.S. East Coast. Preference will be given to those based outside the New York City metropolitan area.
