Job Purpose Astound Digital is seeking a Sales Consultant - Salesforce to join our team in Remote, US. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise digital transformation by leading high-impact, consultative sales cycles across our full suite of Salesforce services. You will be instrumental in expanding our Salesforce ecosystem footprint, building trusted executive relationships, and securing net-new business that delivers measurable, long-term growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive full, end-to-end consultative sales cycles from initial prospecting and discovery through proposal development, contract negotiation, and close.
• Position Astound's complete portfolio of Salesforce services-including advisory, implementation, and managed services-to enterprise prospects and existing accounts.
• Conduct discovery sessions with client executives to uncover business challenges, shape digital roadmaps, and align technology solutions with customer goals.
• Build and nurture long-term, trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and VP-level decision-makers.
• Leverage AI tools in your day-to-day sales workflow to optimize productivity, while positioning cutting-edge Salesforce AI solutions to address enterprise client needs.
• Maximize enterprise account value by identifying continuous growth opportunities via strategic cross-selling, upselling, and renewals.
• Partner with internal delivery and marketing teams to scope complex engagements, tailor winning proposals, and ensure smooth post-sale client handoffs.
• Collaborate with Salesforce ecosystem peers and account teams where applicable to align on joint client opportunities.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Astound at industry events to expand market presence and generate qualified leads.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of experience selling Salesforce professional services, platform implementations, or consultative enterprise SaaS solutions with a track record of driving net-new business.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-stakeholder, consultative sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
• Strong understanding of modern AI applications, including practical experience using AI tools to streamline day-to-day productivity and a strong functional literacy in Salesforce AI solutions and capabilities.
• Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, Commerce, or Data Cloud) and sales enablement tools like Sales Cloud and Slack.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, strategic negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal solution delivery, marketing, and external partner representatives.
• Proven background or track record selling into retail, consumer goods, or health & life sciences industries preferred.
• Experience working within a Salesforce consulting partner or ISV with a track record of achieving multi-million-dollar quotas preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Location: Remote (US-based) with travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
