Job description

Role summary

We are looking for an individual-contributor Marketing Orchestration Manager to turn fragmented GTM signals, tools, and motions into a coordinated account engagement engine. This role sits in a hybrid cross-functional model and is responsible for aligning Marketing, SDRs, and Sales around the highest-value, in-market accounts and ensuring those accounts are engaged in a connected, measurable way across channels.

This person serves as the orchestration leader for signal-based GTM execution. They connect buying intent, account prioritization, channel activation, and execution visibility so teams can focus effort where it matters most, reduce wasted activity, and improve pipeline efficiency. This role partners closely with Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, SDR leadership, Sales, analytics, and RevOps to create a more unified and controllable account-based execution model.

Primary objectives
  • Unified Account Prioritization Across GTM: Create a single, signal-driven view of the highest-value, in-market accounts so Marketing, SDRs, and Sales are aligned on where to focus and why
  • Increased Pipeline Efficiency and Conversion: Improve pipeline performance by coordinating inbound and outbound activations around accounts with verified buying intent
  • Visibility and Control of GTM Execution: Provide leadership with a control-tower view of how priority accounts are being engaged across channels, teams, and tools
  • Maximized ROI on Data and MarTech Investments: Turn fragmented platforms and data sources into a unified orchestration engine that improves pipeline impact
Key responsibilities
  • Own the cross-functional model for identifying, tiering, and activating high-value, in-market accounts across Marketing, SDR, and Sales motions
  • Translate intent signals, fit data, engagement behavior, and account priorities into clear activation rules and GTM action paths
  • Build and maintain a unified view of target-account prioritization across signal sources and engagement systems
  • Orchestrate coordinated activation across owned, paid, email, SDR, web, campaign, and conversational channels so teams are acting on the same account intelligence
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, SDR leadership, Revenue Operations, and Sales to align account selection, routing, sequencing, and engagement strategy
  • Define and improve the operating logic for when and how accounts move into prioritized plays, accelerated follow-up, or coordinated outbound and inbound motions
  • Create leadership visibility into account engagement coverage, channel overlap, execution gaps, and signal-to-activation performance
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, or reporting frameworks that give stakeholders a control-tower view of GTM execution against priority accounts
  • Identify duplication, inefficiency, and channel conflict in account engagement motions and implement improvements that reduce wasted effort
  • Partner with system owners to connect data, workflows, and activation tools across platforms such as 6sense, TechTarget, HG Insights, Qualified, CRM, marketing automation, and related GTM systems
  • Improve the return on data and martech investments by increasing adoption, reducing fragmentation, and ensuring tools contribute to measurable pipeline outcomes
  • Establish governance, definitions, and shared ways of working for account prioritization, orchestration logic, and execution handoffs
  • Work with analytics partners to measure the impact of orchestration on conversion, pipeline progression, speed to follow-up, and account engagement quality
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, revenue marketing, campaign operations, ABM, lifecycle marketing, or a related GTM discipline
  • Experience using account signals, intent data, engagement data, and firmographic or technographic inputs to guide marketing or sales activation
  • Proven ability to drive alignment across Marketing, SDR, Sales, and Operations teams without direct authority
  • Strong understanding of B2B funnel mechanics, lead and account lifecycle concepts, and pipeline creation motions
  • Experience building or improving operational frameworks that connect insight, prioritization, and execution across teams
  • Familiarity with martech and data platforms used in signal-based GTM, such as intent providers, conversation platforms, CRM, marketing automation, and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into action
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence decisions across functions and levels
  • Strong organizational judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage ambiguity in fast-moving environments
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing, buying-group signals, and intent-driven GTM strategies
  • Experience partnering closely with Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, SDR teams, or Sales leadership
  • Working knowledge of platforms such as 6sense, TechTarget, HG Insights, Qualified, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools
  • Experience building reporting frameworks or dashboards that improve GTM visibility and actionability
Success in this role

In the first 6 to 12 months, success would look like:

  • A shared, trusted framework exists for identifying and prioritizing high-value, in-market accounts across Marketing, SDRs, and Sales
  • Priority accounts are receiving more coordinated engagement across inbound, outbound, paid, owned, email, web, and campaign motions
  • Leaders have clearer visibility into which accounts are being engaged, where overlap or gaps exist, and how effectively teams are acting on signals
  • Fewer resources are wasted on low-priority or weak-intent accounts because activation is more tightly tied to verified buying signals
  • Data and martech investments are better connected, more consistently adopted, and more directly linked to pipeline impact
  • Stakeholders see measurable improvement in conversion efficiency, speed to action, and overall orchestration of GTM execution
