Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities (What You Do Every Day)

1. Outbound Prospecting

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to agency-provided leads
  • Follow up on inbound leads quickly (speed-to-lead is critical)
  • Re-engage aged or unconverted leads

2. Lead Qualification

  • Identify:
  • Decision maker
  • Current insurance situation
  • Interest level / intent
  • Ask structured questions to determine if the prospect is a good fit

3. Live Call Transfers

  • Transfer qualified prospects in real time to licensed producers
  • Provide a brief handoff summary so the producer can close efficiently
  • Ensure a smooth transition from SDR sales
