While both roles focus on sales growth, Sdr In Sales primarily concentrates on lead qualification and appointment setting, whereas Business Development Representatives focus on creating new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Both roles require strong communication skills and familiarity with sales tools, but their day-to-day activities and objectives differ.

The Work
We are expanding our Go to Market team and searching for a Sales Development Manager to lead a SDR team of 10-12 SDRs. This position is remote, #LI-Remote.

Compensation and Benefits
Lexipol offers a competitive base salary, monthly, quarterly, or annual incentive and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with Company match and a flexible paid time off plan.
Base salary range starts at $80K with OTE of $115K uncapped.
