Total Cyber Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Position Summary

The Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an entry-level sales role responsible for building and maintaining high-quality prospect lists, conducting outbound calling, and performing local canvassing to generate qualified leads for the sales team. This role is focused on top-of-funnel activities and is critical to driving consistent pipeline growth through disciplined prospecting and data hygiene.

This position is ideal for candidates seeking to start a career in sales, business development, or marketing within the IT services and cybersecurity industry. Training included.

Key Responsibilities

Lead List Management & Data Hygiene

  • Clean, verify, and enrich prospect lists using CRM and third-party data sources

  • Remove duplicates, outdated contacts, and invalid records

  • Research companies to identify correct decision-makers and contact details

  • Segment lists by industry, company size, and service needs

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking

Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to small and mid-sized businesses

  • Deliver approved call scripts and value propositions

  • Qualify prospects based on basic criteria (company size, industry, IT needs)

  • Schedule discovery calls or meetings for Account Executives or Sales Engineers
