Job Description Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Remote (Boston-based) Compensation: $70,000 base, $100,000 OTE Our client is a fast-growing B2B technology company looking to add a high-energy Sales Development Representative to their revenue team. This is a fully remote role, with a preference for candidates based in the Boston area, offering strong earning potential and a clear path into closing roles. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline for the sales team by identifying, engaging, and booking meetings with prospective customers.

This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants best-in-class training, exposure to a modern sales tech stack, and a merit-based promotion path. What You'll Be Doing Prospecting into target accounts via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and video outreach Qualifying inbound leads and converting them into sales meetings Booking discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives Researching accounts and personalizing outreach to key decision-makers Managing activity and pipeline accurately in the CRM Collaborating closely with marketing and sales to refine messaging and targeting Consistently hitting and exceeding monthly activity and meeting targets What They're Looking For 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or high-volume outreach roles Strong communication skills with confidence on the phone Competitive, coachable, and resilient mindset Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong time management and organizational skills Experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus Why Join $70k base salary with $100k OTE and uncapped commission Fully remote role with flexibility and autonomy Clear career progression into Account Executive or Senior SDR roles Ongoing sales training, coaching, and mentorship Supportive, performance-driven sales culture
