Empower the Future of Construction Tech: Senior Product Manager (OEM Solutions Focus)

Ready to shape the technology that powers the world's leading construction machinery? Trimble is seeking an innovative leader to drive our next generation of OEM strategic integrations and connect physical jobsites with cutting-edge digital solutions.

About Us:

Trimble is a global technology company that connects the physical and digital worlds, transforming the ways work gets done. With relentless innovation in precise positioning, modeling and data analytics, Trimble enables essential industries including construction, geospatial and transportation. Whether it's helping customers build and maintain infrastructure, design and construct buildings, optimize global supply chains or map the world, Trimble is at the forefront, driving productivity and progress.

Field Systems: The Trimble Field Systems segment provides solutions to increase precision and productivity in construction tasks by empowering stakeholders to collect accurate information and manage conditions with cutting-edge technology.

What Makes This Role Great:

In this high-impact position, you will orchestrate the global long-term strategic roadmaps and integration strategies for top-tier OEM partners, directly steering the profitability and market presence of Trimble's premiere construction earthworks solutions. This is an unparalleled opportunity to act as the key bridge between hardware engineering, application development, and cross-functional business development, transforming how connected machinery operates worldwide.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

Drive the long-term OEM strategic roadmap and development backlog, advocating for critical features directly within Trimble Engineering organizations.

Partner with system engineering and project management to conceptualize and execute advanced hardware and kitting solutions for newly released machinery.

Lead the technical review of collaborative product documentation, machine-specific installation manuals, and comprehensive RFP/RFQ responses.

Champion product training by providing program reviews to Trimble Global Services and coordinating high-visibility industry demonstrations.

Essential Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience within construction earthworks, surveying, or an earthmoving OEM environment utilizing advanced machine guidance technology.

Strong proficiency in building long-term strategic roadmaps for software portfolios spanning both perpetual and subscription-based models.

Demonstrated history of working collaboratively across product development teams, application engineering, and corporate operations.

Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and timely decision-making skills in a highly productive environment.

Bonus Points For:

Knowledge of mobile application development models, modern go-to-market strategies, and eCommerce platforms.

Experience challenging conventional wisdom as an organizational change agent.

Comfort navigating both professional corporate office environments and active, outdoor heavy construction jobsites.

Logistics:

Location: Dayton OH, Westminster CO (In Office)

Travel Requirement: Up to 30% (Local and Global)
