    Elevate Construction Technology as an Application Support Specialist

    What Makes This Role Great: You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, directly empowering construction professionals to succeed by resolving complex ERP software challenges while contributing to continuous product and service innovation.

    Key Exciting Responsibilities:

    • Resolve complex customer software issues and provide expert technical guidance for the Spectrum ERP suite.

    • Create comprehensive Knowledge Base articles to document troubleshooting solutions and empower customers and team members.

    • Utilize advanced problem-solving techniques and Salesforce tracking to maintain high-quality customer success.

    • Leverage emerging AI capabilities and modern technical tools to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

    Essential Skills & Experience:

    • Degree in business, accounting, construction management, or equivalent practical experience.

    • Strong knowledge of general business, accounting, and HR fundamentals.

    • Proven expertise in troubleshooting software systems and translating complex technical concepts clearly.

    • Demonstrated experience using MS Office or Google Workspace applications.

    Bonus Points For:

    • Hands-on experience in construction or construction accounting.

    • Prior exposure to SQL or ERP platforms, especially Spectrum.

    • A reputation as the go-to technical problem solver in your current or past teams.
