Trimble is looking for a Global Services Operations Manager to own the end-to-end reverse logistics lifecycle and lead a high-performing team. In this high-impact leadership position, you will own the entire lifecycle of global service operations, from warranty adjudication to complex reverse logistics. You will be the architect of seamless product dispositions and financial reconciliations, directly influencing organizational cost savings and shaping a world-class service experience for a diverse global network.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a multinational team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement while owning critical OKRs and performance management.

  • Spearhead the end-to-end administration of warranty cases, service orders, and returns, ensuring audit-ready data governance and precise validation.

  • Drive global return inventory performance by optimizing refurbishment cycles, controlling vendor spend, and hitting aggressive margin targets.

  • Revolutionize workflows by implementing AI-enabled automation to reduce cycle times, eliminate rework, and streamline escalation paths.

  • Partner with cross-functional Sales, Marketing, and Fulfillment teams to resolve product failures and facilitate swift global shipments.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in warranty, claims, or reverse logistics management within a global or distributed team environment.

  • Proven track record of optimizing complex workflows and using root-cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.

  • High proficiency in CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce and Oracle, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to navigate international regulations and diverse organizational interfaces.
