Key Exciting Responsibilities:

Drive top-line growth and ecosystem revenue by selling the comprehensive Trimble value chain, integrating premium hardware with recurring digital platform subscriptions.

Build and manage a robust, high-velocity sales pipeline from initial cold-start prospecting through final contract execution.

Target major mega-projects and key accounts to embed software ecosystems, ensuring seamless data flow from the field to the back office.

Lead direct sales initiatives and maximize market share using a direct-led, indirect-fulfilled strategy while coaching distribution partners to secure complex ecosystem agreements.

Serve as a key industry advocate representing Trimble at major congresses, exhibitions, and industry events.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Seven or more years of sales experience in the heavy civil or infrastructure sector, with at least three years driving digital construction delivery.

Proven track record of converting traditional field hardware leads into comprehensive, revenue-generating digital ecosystem agreements.

Deep literacy in the digital construction landscape, including Connected Data Environments (CDE) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), alongside knowledge of SaaS recurring revenue models.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Construction Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Points For:

A proven knack for disrupting incumbent legacy workflows and securing long-term, high-value enterprise commitments.

Advanced coaching skills that empower distributor networks to shift from transactional sales to complex ecosystem agreements.

Logistics:

Location: US - CO Westminster (Hybrid / Office)
