To thrive as a Sales Development Intern, you typically need strong communication skills, an understanding of basic sales principles, and enrollment in or completion of a relevant degree program such as business or marketing. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce, email outreach tools, and lead generation platforms is commonly expected.
