About the Position: The Sales Development Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities by outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification. By looking for potential new customers and business opportunities, the SDM will build a healthy sales pipeline. The SDM will also collaborate with the greater sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and re-engagement initiatives. This is an individual contributor (IC) role. Responsibilities:
  • Qualify warm sales leads
  • Contact prospects who have expressed interest in MiiR
  • Partner with RevOps to identify potential customers through various platforms
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Attend trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
  • Track progress toward meeting sales goals
  • Proactively manage a pipeline of interested customers to increase inbound lead conversion
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong self-starter, with 2+ years in sales and a track record of exceeding lead targets
  • Effective team and cross-functional player
  • Strong email, phone, and communication skills
  • Excel skills and data analysis experience a plus
  • Understanding of the wholesale and retail business a plus
  • Experience in the apparel space a plus
