Job Description:

L3Harris isseeking a detail-orientedassociate to support the Proposal Managementteam increating and managing proposals that effectively communicate services and solutions to potential customers.As part of a dynamic organization, this roleoffershands-on experience in business development, project management, and the proposal process in a corporate setting.

Essential Functions:

  • Supportthe tracking and reporting of proposal outcomes and metrics

  • Assistwith the organization and updating of proposal management tools and databases

  • Participate in proposal review meetings and contribute to the improvement of proposal quality

  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the proposal development process

Qualifications:

  • To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing abachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Management, Communications, Project Management, TechnicalWritingor related fieldor have completed their bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in the state of Virginia is $41,500 - $76,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
