Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate proposal activities from kickoff through submission.
  • Support the Proposal Manager with creating artifacts for the end-to-end proposal process, from kickoff through submission.
  • Edit and format proposal sections to match RELI’s style guide.
  • Maintain and update proposal repositories, document versions, and collaboration sites.
  • Coordinate collection of required artifacts, certifications, and forms.

Qualifications: 

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year university, majoring in business administration, communication, journalism/marketing, or related field with interest in learning about proposal development processes
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills (verbal and written), as well as attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently as well as with team members to collectively meet proposal deadlines
  • Proficiency in Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to understand and follow written guidelines, including departmental policies, procedures, and work orders
  • Possesses superior written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure
  • Graphic or desktop publishing skills are a plus
