Job description

We’re looking for digital media interns who are naturally curious, eager to learn, have a knack for analysis, and have a passion for building great relationships.

As a Digital Media Intern, you will work closely with the media team to assist in the development and execution of strategic media plans on behalf of our clients and partner agencies. This position will include training on all major online platforms (Facebook/Meta, Instagram, Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, etc.), and working with the media sales community.


Responsibilities

You will learn and assist the media team on:

  • Daily campaign monitoring and measurement
  • Implementing tracking pixels and URLs.
  • Trafficking creative assets and managing campaigns/bids in online platforms.
  • Analyzing data to find new insights.
  • Reporting on overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Resolving media invoice and ad service fee discrepancies.


Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills with knowledge or willingness to learn: Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, ClickUp, Pathmatics, Pinterest, Snap Ads.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week).
  • Eager, inquisitive, and brings contagious excitement to every task.
  • Rapid learner who applies knowledge to elevate KOSE team success.
  • Strong organizational skills, accurate, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work.
