RFP/DDQ Analyst
Position Summary
The RFP/DDQ Analyst supports the firm's RFP, DDQ, and RFI processes by maintaining content libraries, coordinating data updates, and assisting with client and consultant requests. This role works closely with the RFP Team, Relationship Managers (RAs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant responses to investor and consultant inquiries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data, documents, and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Qvidian RFP Library/Content Management
  • Serve as a Qvidian coordinator, supporting the firm's response content library
  • Field and collect new or updated content from Relationship Managers (RM) and Subject Matter Experts
  • Review, organize, and upload approved responses into the Qvidian library
  • Ensure content is current, accurate, and aligned with firm messaging and compliance standards

DDQ & RFP Support
  • Assist with the preparation and completion of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and RFPs
  • Populate responses using approved Qvidian content and validated data sources
  • Maintain details on team updates, additions, and departures and coordinate with internal teams as needed
  • Track deadlines and support timely submission of requests
  • Perform quality checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness

Standard RFI Maintenance
  • Support the maintenance and periodic refresh of standard RFIs
  • Review responses for accuracy and consistency with current firm data and positioning

RFP Audit & Quality Control
  • Assist with RFP audits, coordinating cross-department reviews and tracking progress
  • Identify outdated or inconsistent content and flag for review or revision

Additional Coverage & Cross-Team Support
  • Provide additional coverage for the RFP/DDQ team during peak periods or team absences
  • Assist with ad hoc projects related to client reporting, content management, or data validation

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in asset management, financial services, RFP/DDQ, or a related role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with RFP/DDQ processes in asset management
  • Experience with Qvidian or similar content management/RFP platforms
  • Basic understanding of investment products and portfolio data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Salary Range
NY: $90,000 - $120,000 base salary + target annual bonus
