Job description

Results Statement: The mission of a Senior Proposal Coordinator for HVJ, a leading civil engineering firm in Texas, is to assure client, employee and business associate satisfaction. Main areas of responsibilities include: 1. Preparation of statement of qualification (SOQ) 2.

Preparation of subconsultant qualification data packages as requested by clients 3. Maintaining quality database of company information Ongoing Work: Leads SOQ preparation for public infrastructure pursuits. Owns proposal standards Mentor junior staff Maintain a consistent firm qualification database Position Specific Standards: Deliver submittals on time Exercise integrity and confidentiality in all processes.

All information will be double checked during data entry, prior to sending/posting. Ability to learn new Generative AI tools for SOQ preparation Be resourceful; show competence in establishing priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation from others, monitoring progress, problem solving and closing the loop on outstanding requests and tasks. Key Criteria/Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, business, communications, Journalism or any other relevant field Minimum 5 years of related experience such as proposal coordinator or marketing coordinator in the civil engineering industry.
