Overview
We're looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team!
The Senior HRIS Analyst for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen supports, optimizes and maintains UKG and related HR systems in a hands-on functional support environment. This role focuses on HRIS configuration, production support, reporting, payroll/benefits processes, troubleshooting, testing, and system optimization. The ideal candidate has direct experience supporting enterprise HR systems and partnering with HR operations, payroll, benefits, and vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.
This is a functional HRIS role and is not focused on software development, data engineering, or HRBP responsibilities.
Candidates must be located in or near King of Prussia, PA to be considered.
Responsibilities
HRIS Support & Operations
  • Function as the tier two support for system issues (troubleshooting, triage, resolution)
  • Collaborate with HRIS Analyst, HRIS Manager, and provide backup support.
  • Responsible for system configuration, testing, and new functionality implementation within UKG and other systems.
  • Provide support to internal client groups as it relates to systems and best practices, processes, access and reporting needs.
  • Monitors integrations to ensure they are functioning properly and troubleshoot any issues.

Benefits Support
  • Partner with Benefits team on EDI carrier file issues, open enrollment support, and system configuration updates.

System Enhancements and Projects
  • Gather and document functional requirements.
  • Work with vendors on implementation and testing.
  • Lead small-medium HRIS projects and contribute to larger initiatives.

Data & Reporting
  • Audit HR data and recommend corrections.
  • Build and update complex UKG reports.
  • Deliver schedule reporting and Excel based analytics.

System Optimizations
  • Review UKG release notes and assess impact to HRIS, Payroll, HR, and Benefits.
  • Recommend and implement configuration changes.
  • Recommend business process development and improvement.

Qualifications
Required skills:
  • Hands-on experience administering or supporting an enterprise HRIS platform.

Preferred skills:
  • UKG operational experience is strongly preferred; experience with comparable enterprise HRIS platforms such Workday, Oracle HCM or similar systems will also be considered.

Strong expertise in:
  • HR, Benefits, and Payroll processes.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting capability
  • Analytical, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines while also performing production support
  • Strong collaboration across HR, IT, and vendors

Experience & Education
  • 5+ years HRIS experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • UKG Pro/WFM strongly preferred
