Jefferson Healthcare is excited to offer an opportunity for a full-time Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Analyst in the picturesque town of Port Townsend, Washington. In this role, you will lead the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the hospital's HRIS (Infor), ensuring the integrity and accuracy of employee data while driving efficient workflows and reliable reporting. You'll play a critical role in supporting HR operations-including payroll, benefits, recruiting, and labor relations-through a well-managed and compliant system. As the primary point of contact and system expert, you'll collaborate closely with HR staff, payroll, IT, and external vendors to meet operational needs and champion continuous improvement across the organization. Join our collaborative and engaging Human Resources team while enjoying life on the scenic Olympic Peninsula.

Schedule: 1.0 FTE; 40 hours/week; Day Shift; Onsite; Exempt

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, related field, or equivalent combination of education and 3 years of HRIS experience.
  • Experience with Infor and Healthcare HRIS is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting benefits, compensation, and leave administration in HR system.
  • Knowledge of Washington State employment laws and reporting requirements.
  • Experience working in a unionized environment or with complex pay structures.
