We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Analyst to manage, optimize, and support our Human Resource Information Systems. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficiency, performance, and security of HR systems while driving continuous improvement and supporting HR operations through technology.

Job Summary

The HRIS Analyst plays a critical role in overseeing HRIS architecture, implementing system enhancements, and ensuring accurate and secure HR data management. This position partners closely with HR stakeholders to improve processes, support users, and deliver scalable system solutions.

Key Responsibilities of the HRIS Analyst
  • Analyze and optimize HRIS architecture to improve system performance and user experience
  • Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements and implement system updates and enhancements
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with information security best practices
  • Provide technical support to HRIS users and troubleshoot system issues
