Our client is looking to hire a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of enterprise HR technology solutions. This role serves as a key partner between Human Resources, Information Technology, Payroll, and business leaders to ensure HR systems effectively support organizational goals and workforce operations.

The HRIS Analyst oversees system configuration, data integrity, reporting, integrations, and process improvements across HR platforms, including Human Capital Management (HCM), Talent Acquisition, Learning Management, Benefits Administration, and Payroll systems. The successful candidate will leverage technical expertise and business process knowledge to enhance system functionality, improve user experience, and support strategic HR initiatives on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain HR technology platforms, ensuring system performance, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Configure and optimize HR applications to support employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, learning, and payroll.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
  • Lead and support HRIS-related projects, including system enhancements, upgrades, implementations, integrations, and process automation initiatives.
  • Monitor and maintain employee data accuracy through audits, validations, and quality control procedures.
  • Develop, generate, and analyze HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Provide end-user support by resolving system issues, answering inquiries, and serving as an escalation resource for complex technical concerns.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, security settings, and workflow configurations across HR applications.
  • Coordinate testing activities for new functionality, upgrades, and system changes to ensure successful deployment.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system processes, procedures, workflows, and reporting standards.
  • Deliver training and guidance to HR teams and system users on new features, best practices, and process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations through automation and technology enhancements.
  • Stay informed on emerging HR technology trends and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Support additional HR technology initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS, HR technology administration, business systems analysis, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting enterprise HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, UKG, or similar systems.
  • Experience participating in HR system implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects.
  • Familiarity with global HR processes and technology solutions supporting payroll, talent management, recruiting, learning, compensation, and benefits administration.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and their supporting technologies.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and data validation techniques.
  • Experience with HR reporting tools, analytics, and dashboard development.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
