The HRIS Strategic Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining the Human Resources
Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate and efficient HR data management. This role involves analyzing HR data, generating reports, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with HR and IT teams to optimize HRIS functionality. The HRIS Analyst supports HR processes such as payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, and compliance by ensuring the HRIS meets organizational needs and enhances data-driven decision-making.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identifies and implements process improvements, system automations, and workflow optimizations to increase Organization Effectiveness (OE) operational efficiency and reduce manual effort across functions.
  • Partners with OE and business leaders to develop and execute a longterm HRIS strategy that aligns system capabilities with organizational goals, improves user experience, and supports scalable, datadriven HR operations.
  • Maintains and administers the organization's HRIS to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant data management.
  • Analyzes HR data to identify trends, support decisionmaking, and provide actionable insights to OE and business leaders.
  • Develops, generates, and automates standard and adhoc HR reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoots system errors, data issues, and workflow problems; partners with IT and HR teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Configures, tests, and documents HRIS enhancements, system upgrades, and new functionality to support evolving business needs.
  • Collaborates with HR subjectmatter experts in payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, and compliance to ensure HRIS processes support accurate and efficient operations.
  • Maintains data integrity through routine audits, validation processes, and adherence to data governance standards.
  • Provides enduser support and training to OE partners and employees on system functionality and best practices.
  • Manages security roles, permissions, and access controls in alignment with organizational policies.
  • Supports compliance activities by ensuring HR data and reporting align with regulatory requirements and internal audit standards.
