Responsibilities:

  • HRIS Management:
  • Collaborate with Payroll, HR, HRIS, Accounting, and Finance teams to understand business needs and manage HRIS implementations.
  • Assess requirements, provide strategic recommendations, and design user-friendly solutions.
  • System Testing and Enhancement:
  • Lead system testing for upgrades, patches, and new Workday releases.
  • Conduct regression testing and implement improvements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • User Training and Reporting:
  • Train internal team members and end-users on new processes and functionalities.
  • Develop and communicate changes and benefits to users.
  • Create, edit, and prepare reports and dashboards with Accounting, Payroll, and HR teams.

HR Process Enhancement and User Experience:

  • Compliance and Vendor Liaison:

  • Implement and troubleshoot system integrations, particularly with payroll and benefits vendors.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and external vendors, ensuring alignment with construction timelines and workforce management.
  • Team Member Support Governance:
