Job description

Our client, a large luxury fashion company, is looking for a Jr. HRIS Analyst to join their team! This will be a hybrid role working out of their office in Lower Manhattan. The successful candidate will have exposure to HRIS systems, are accuracy-driven, and possess excellent communication skills!
  • Please no corp-to-corp applicants or third-party agencies. Sub-contracted candidates or candidates that require immediate sponsorship cannot be considered.
Role Overview:
  • Contract Role: 3-6 months
  • Pay: $24-26/hr W2 (No C2C)
  • Schedule: Full time, Hybrid: Tuesday-Thursday onsite, Monday & Friday remote
Responsibilities:
  • Updating and maintaining employee data in HRIS systems and benefit platforms
  • Assist with digital personnel file preparation
  • Support team with data audits
  • Ensure compliance with onboarding documentation
  • Manage ad hoc HRIS projects and initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
  • 0.5-2 years of HRIS processing experience (internship experience included)
  • Knowledge of onboarding and personnel files
  • Prior experience or knowledge with SAP preferred
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Comfortable working with confidential data
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
