Job description

Job Summary
We're looking for a detail-driven, collaborative HRIS Analyst to help strengthen and evolve our HR technology. In this role, you'll play a critical part in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our HRIS and applicant tracking systems-ensuring our tools effectively support both employees and business goals.
You'll partner closely with internal stakeholders to align system capabilities with operational needs, safeguard data integrity and security, and drive system enhancements through thoughtful change management. This role also provides hands-on opportunities to support technical troubleshooting, train end users, and collaborate with Learning & Development on LMS content and engagement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements
  • Two (2) years of experience supporting HRIS or HR systems
    OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience configuring, administering, or optimizing Paylocity or similar cloud-based HRIS platforms
  • Working knowledge of HRIS modules such as:
    • Payroll
    • Benefits Administration
    • Time & Attendance
    • Talent Management
  • PHR (HRCI) or SHRM-CP certification
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
