Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic HRIS Systems Analyst to cultivate strong business relationships and oversee the daily operations of some of our HR technologies, including managing our recruiting system. A successful candidate will partner extensively with cross-functional teams, nurture key stakeholder relationships and drive the effective use and performance of our systems.

This role is ideal for a forward-thinking systems expert at aligning technology with strategy to foster efficiency, innovation, and business results. This role will report within the HR Enablement team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Strategy & Implementation
    • Lead AI-driven initiatives to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and overall system effectiveness
    • Research and recommend emerging tools to improve operational performance
    • Drive adoption and implementation of new and existing tools, system enhancements, and process improvements by gathering feedback
    • Develop and deliver training resources to support end-users and maximize technology utilization
  • System Administration & Optimization
    • Provide governance over systems, ensuring user access, security, and data integrity
    • Monitor and analyze system utilization, identifying opportunities for improvement
    • Execute system updates and enhancements, configurations, and troubleshooting
  • Integration & Process Automation
    • Oversee system integrations and partner with IT and vendors to ensure seamless implementation and maintenance
    • Document and refine workflows to optimize functionality and scalability
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
    • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with leaders and stakeholders, acting as a primary technology partner and advisor for their system needs
    • Provide insights on system performance and adoption to support data-driven decision-making
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting systems administration, HRIS, or a similar role

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and middleware tools (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting system data and performance metrics
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts effectively to business teams
  • Familiarity with recruiting workflows and best practices is a plus
