San Bruno Skilled Nursing - San Bruno, CA

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR/Payroll professional to support the DSD, DON, and Administrator with onboarding, HR processes, and payroll. This role ensures compliance, supports employees, and keeps operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Onboarding

  • Coordinate new hire orientation (policies, safety, infection control, resident rights)
  • Support recruiting (screening candidates, scheduling interviews)
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR compliance

Employee Support & Compliance

  • Administer benefits and respond to employee questions
  • Track training, in-services, and required drills
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA/policies

Payroll Administration

  • Process payroll accurately, including final and manual checks
  • Manage deductions, garnishments, and employee updates
  • Reconcile payroll and resolve discrepancies
Additional Duties
  • Assist with audits, reports, and surveys
  • Support safety programs and incident tracking
  • Promote teamwork and positive communication
Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma required; some college preferred
