Job Title: Human Resources & Payroll Administrator

Location: On-site in Henderson, NV
Employment Type: Full-Time


Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Human Resources & Payroll Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations and assist with payroll processing. This entry- to mid-level role is ideal for someone who is organized, enjoys administrative work, and is interested in growing their career in human resources and payroll.


Key Responsibilities

Payroll Support

  • Assist in processing employee payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Enter and verify employee timekeeping data, earnings, and deductions
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity
  • Help resolve employee questions related to pay, timecards, and deductions
  • Support payroll audits and reporting

Human Resources Support

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
  • Assist with onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientations
  • Support offboarding processes and documentation
  • Help with job postings, applicant tracking, and interview coordination
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures

Benefits Administration

  • Assist with benefits enrollment and updates
  • Maintain benefits records and documentation
  • Support open enrollment activities and communications

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information
  • Maintain accurate files in compliance with company policies and regulations
