Job description

The Senior HRIS Analyst is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing, optimizing, and leading delivery of complex HRIS solutions across reporting, configuration, and data processes. This role serves as a technical and functional leader, partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Operations, and Technology to ensure HR systems are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
  • Design scalable HRIS solutions across modules (reporting, onboarding, compensation, workflows, integrations).
  • Translate business requirements into system configurations and reporting structures with evaluation of impacts across payroll, compliance, and integrations.
  • Build dashboards and advanced reporting for HR leadership and business partners, performing trend analysis across retention, compensation, and workforce metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy through audits and reconciliation.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve systems.
  • Partner with internal and external teams on system integrations and enhancements.
  • Lead mid-sized HRIS initiatives and enhancements, owning timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
  • Support roadmap planning and prioritization.
  • Support integration of employee populations for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain documentation and support audit readiness.
  • Mentor HRIS Analyst roles, providing guidance and quality review of work.

  • 5+ years of HR/HRIS experience.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP Vantage, Dayforce).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience with multi-national, multi-state and union environments.
  • Ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders.
