Robert Half is searching for a Senior HRIS Analyst who can support a consulting firm based in Seattle, WA. This role provides production support, responds to incoming HRIS requests, maintains data integrity, assists with testing, reporting, security administration, documentation, and continuous process improvement while partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Finance, and IT. Duration: 12+ month contract

Location: 100% Remote

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm, PST Time zone preferred

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide advanced administration and support for UKG Pro.
  • Support day-to-day HRIS operations and provide guidance to HRIS Analysts.
  • Develop and maintain complex reports using IBM Cognos Analytics (Business Intelligence).
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and functional teams on reporting and system solutions.
  • Lead testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain system security, data integrity, and support upgrades.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience and 7 years of HR experience.
  • Required: UKG Pro administrator experience.
  • Required: Advanced IBM Cognos Analytics (Business Intelligence) report writing experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
