Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other HR documents. Provide friendly, responsive customer service to internal and external partners. Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.

Support the HR Director with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned. What Success Looks Like: Employees receive timely, professional service. Recruiting and onboarding processes run smoothly.

Personnel records remain accurate and audit-ready. Administrative details are completed consistently and on time. Employee engagement activities are well organized.

Qualifications: Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. One to three years of administrative, HR, office, or customer service experience preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams); ability to learn HRIS systems quickly.
