Position Overview

Administers, and develops, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and other HR and training data systems.  Configures and implements systems to meet ongoing business needs and generates reports to support HR functions, including compensation, compliance, performance management, training, and workforce analytics.  Ensures that data is accurately processed and maintained according to organization rules and applicable regulations. Works with leadership to define system requirements and with external vendors to evaluate and recommend selection of HR systems and training software and systems.

Required Experience/Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field or equivalent work experience required.
  • 4-6 years of experience with data system management, in ADP
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritizing based on deliverable deadlines
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • In-depth HRIS experience
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft suite

Salary Range

Salary Minimum: $65,000
