Schedule: Flexible between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM | Business casual (no jeans)
Start: Immediate need
Overview:
Seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst (Oracle Fusion SME) to support and stabilize a complex HRIS environment. This role will focus heavily on Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Benefits, and Compensation, along with overall system optimization and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as SME for Oracle Fusion HCM / HRMS (configuration, support, enhancements)
• Troubleshoot and improve Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) functionality
• Fix and optimize Benefits and Compensation modules
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to resolve system issues and improve processes
• Support testing, upgrades, and ongoing system improvements
• Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system performance
Requirements:
• Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM experience (must-have)
• Proven experience as an HRIS SME supporting multiple modules
• Experience with ORC, Benefits, Compensation, Core HR
• Ability to troubleshoot, configure, and improve system functionality
• Strong communication skills - this is a highly visible/sensitive role
