About the Role
Our team is looking for an HRIS analyst to support Dayforce and recruiting modules. Responsibilities include HRIS management, making recommendations to improve performance, gathering data, ensuring data integrity, and offering technical support to HRIS users. The role also includes developing analytics tools and dashboards that provide actionable insights for recruiting. You'll work with a team of HR specialists and managers to ensure efficient performance and analyze HR data to provide organizational insights.
What You'll Do
  • Evaluate recruiting systems for areas of improvement
  • Configure and maintain the recruiting Dayforce modules
  • Translate recruiting objectives and user needs into clear technical requirements
  • Develop and implement process improvements and policy changes to improve efficiency
  • Act as the organization's go-to expert for recruiting HRIS functions
  • Troubleshoot HRIS system issues
  • Ensure data quality and security
  • Provide hands-on support and perform root cause analysis to resolve system issues
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure HRIS systems meet organizational needs
  • Build Power BI dashboards

What You'll Bring
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, human resources, or business administration
  • Familiarity with any enterprise HRIS software, Dayforce experience is preferred
  • Experience with recruiting modules
  • Experience with Power BI is recommended
  • Solid understanding of general HR processes, recruitment, and best practices
