What you will do
  • Review client census data and identify discrepancies between hospice census records and active DMETrack patients
  • Partner with clients, providers, and relationship managers to verify, correct, and maintain accurate census information
  • Monitor DME usage metrics, patient days, and profitability indicators to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
  • Process hospice discharge data, duplicate patient records, billing adjustments, and multiple-provider situations within DMETrack
  • Audit EMR interface activity to help ensure pick-up orders are automated and census records remain accurate
What we look for
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2โ€“3 years of customer, vendor, data support, analytics, or information presentation experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data, identify trends, connect information, and summarize findings clearly
  • Professional communication and customer service skills, including the ability to work with clients and internal partners
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and comfort working with Microsoft Office, business software, and web-based tools
  • Healthcare, hospice, durable medical equipment, or DMETrack/order management experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow procedures related to patient information and HIPAA compliance
