    • Load corrected census data to testing software (FT William or Datair)
    • Resolve data issues independently when possible and escalate complex cases to consultants as needed
  • Trust accounting and reconciliation
    • Conduct basic trust accounting by comparing client-provided census data with recordkeeper reports (e.g., John Hancock, Principal, Voya, American Funds, Ascensus/Vanguard, etc.)
    • Identify and resolve discrepancies such as missing contributions, incorrect amounts, or misapplied payments
    • Complete basic reconciliations independently and collaborate with consultants on more complex cases
    • Deliver a fully reconciled, “clean” census to consultants for compliance testing
  • Year-End Support
    • Complete force-out packages and Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) for eligible employees
    • Compile valuation reports
  • Collaboration and Quality Assurance
    • Work closely with consultants and managers to review final census and reconciliation work
    • Communicate professionally with clients to build rapport, gather information, resolve issues, and ensure data accuracy
    • Maintain organized documentation and follow established procedures for data handling and plan processing
  • Other duties as assigned
