Little Caesars is a company where our colleagues make an impact.Your Mission:As the Lead Workday HRIS Analyst, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the core Workday HRIS/HCM system. You will manage a team of HRIS professionals and collaborate with business leaders to drive the continuous enhancement of Workday functionality, ensuring the system supports business processes and operational growth. Your leadership will be pivotal in optimizing the system, providing strategic recommendations, and ensuring seamless integration across HR functions to improve efficiency and scalability.This role requires a deep understanding of Workday's capabilities, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to guide your team through complex system implementations and optimizations. You will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of HR systems with business objectives and will play a critical role in driving change and innovation in HR technology.How You'll Make an Impact: Lead a team of HRIS professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure optimal performance and development.Oversee the management and resolution of queries and transactions related to core HR processes across all HR systems, including Workday and timekeeping systems.Direct the recommendation, implementation, and optimization of Workday functionality, including system configuration, project planning, and issue resolution. Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure success.Ensure all changes and enhancements are well-documented, following best practices for version control and naming conventions.Supervise the development and maintenance of advanced reports and dashboards in Workday to support HR and business decision-making.Manage integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring smooth data flow and integrity. Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve them.Lead large-scale Workday-related projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and rollouts. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.Act as the key point of contact for Workday system administration and optimization, aligning team efforts with broader organizational goals.Ensure that all work streams across HR (payroll, compensation, recruiting, onboarding, time tracking, leave of absence, benefits) are cohesive and that cross-functional impacts are addressed.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in HR systems and provide strategic guidance in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems. Who You Are:  Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related area, or equivalent experience.Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including advanced report writing and data analysis.Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Extensive experience with SDLC Project methodologies, including data mapping, writing test plans, and managing testing processes.Proficiency in Workday, strong understanding of payroll processes, data management, and reporting.Ability to analyze complex payroll issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.Experience in managing payroll projects, including scoping, planning, and execution.
