Position Summary
The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Manager is responsible for the strategic administration, optimization, security, and continuous improvement of Everstand's Human Capital Management Technology platforms. This position serves as the organization's subject matter expert for HR technology, leading system administration, business process automation, reporting, integrations, implementation projects, and data governance initiatives. The HRIS Manager partners with Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, Payroll, Quality Improvement, and operational leadership to ensure HR systems support organizational goals while delivering efficient, compliant, and user-friendly solutions.
This role oversees the ongoing administration of ADP Workforce Now, Greenhouse ATS, HireRight, ServiceNow HR workflows, and future HR technology platforms while leading system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and optimization initiatives. Your efforts will help us fulfill our mission of enriching communities, one family at a time.
Essential Functions
  • Serves as the HR technology advisor to organizational leadership.
  • Primary system administrator for ADP Workforce Now and all HR technology platforms.

  • Serve as primary liaison with HR technology vendors.

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible HRIS administration experience.
  • Three (3) years managing enterprise HRIS platforms.
  • Experience implementing enterprise HR systems.
  • Experience with HR technology integrations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Preferred Education & Experience
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • ADP Workforce Now experience.
  • Greenhouse ATS administration.
  • HireRight administration.
  • ServiceNow HRSD experience.
  • Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, education, or human services.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and employment regulations.
  • Experience leading enterprise technology projects.

Work Environment
