Position Summary
The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Manager is responsible for the strategic administration, optimization, security, and continuous improvement of Everstand\'s Human Capital Management Technology platforms. This position serves as the organization\'s subject matter expert for HR technology, leading system administration, business process automation, reporting, integrations, implementation projects, and data governance initiatives. The HRIS Manager partners with Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, Payroll, Quality Improvement, and operational leadership to ensure HR systems support organizational goals while delivering efficient, compliant, and user-friendly solutions.
This role oversees the ongoing administration of ADP Workforce Now, Greenhouse ATS, HireRight, ServiceNow HR workflows, and future HR technology platforms while leading system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and optimization initiatives. Your efforts will help us fulfill our mission of enriching communities, one family at a time.
Essential Functions
- Serves as the HR technology advisor to organizational leadership.
- Primary system administrator for ADP Workforce Now and all HR technology platforms.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS modules including:

- Lead the implementation of new HR technologies.
- Manage vendor relationships and implementation partners.
- Oversee project timelines, testing, issue resolution, and production deployments.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop implementation of documentation and Standard Operating Procedures.

Customer Support & Training
- Serve as Tier III HRIS support.

Vendor Management

- Experience with HR technology integrations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
