Job description

About Us:

Go Rentals is a privately held luxury car rental and transportation services company specializing in serving private aviation travelers, high-net-worth individuals, hospitality guests, executives, and entertainment industry clients. Founded in 1995, the company has built its reputation around a high-touch, hospitality-focused rental experience rather than a traditional airport rental model.

Position Overview:

Go Rentals is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to serve as the primary owner and administrator of our HR technology ecosystem, with a strong focus on Paycom. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role will lead HRIS administration, system configuration, integrations, reporting, analytics, and process optimization for a growing, multi-state workforce.

This is a highly visible individual contributor role that partners closely with HR, Finance, IT, and operations leaders to improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and provide actionable workforce insights that support business decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary administrator and technical owner of Paycom, managing security, user access, workflows, organizational structures, and system configuration
  • Configure and optimize HRIS modules, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, recruiting, performance management, time and attendance, and leave administration
  • Lead system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and rollout of new functionality
  • Manage integrations and data flows between Paycom and third-party systems, including finance, benefits, business intelligence, and learning platforms
  • Ensure data integrity through ongoing audits, testing, maintenance, governance, and compliance monitoring
  • Develop and maintain HR, recruiting, payroll, and workforce analytics dashboards and reports, including turnover, hiring metrics, labor utilization, productivity, and workforce trends
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership teams to deliver insights that support strategic workforce planning and operational decision-making
  • Train users and recommend continuous improvements that enhance system performance, user experience, automation, and scalability

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years of direct HRIS experience, including enterprise-level administration, configuration, integrations, reporting, and analytics
  • Hands-on administration experience with Paycom is REQUIRED; experience with other major HCM/HRIS platforms a plus
  • Experience managing user provisioning, security roles, workflows, and system configuration
  • Strong reporting and analytics expertise, including advanced Excel skills and dashboard development
  • Working knowledge of HR compliance requirements, data privacy standards, and multi-state employment practices
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

  • HRIS or HCM platform certification
  • Experience supporting a geographically dispersed workforce of 1,000+ employees
  • Experience with system integrations, APIs, Power BI, and other business intelligence tools
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification

Why Go Rentals?

Join a growing organization where technology, data, and people come together to drive exceptional employee and business outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to modernize HR systems, expand platform capabilities, and provide strategic insights that directly influence organizational success.

Gallagher's HR & Organizational effectiveness team provides expert guidance and hands-on support in HR, Recruiting, and Payroll to help organizations stay focused on achieving their strategic business goals.
